It helps Rotarians around the world turn their passion for service into sustainable projects that create meaningful and measurable change. Since its establishment in 1917, the Foundation has invested over $4 billion in life-changing, community-based solutions.

The Foundation supports clubs like ours through:

  • District Grants – Flexible, smaller-scale local projects that respond to immediate community needs

  • Disaster Response Grants – Emergency aid for areas affected by natural disasters

  • Peace Fellowships – Scholarships for professionals to study peace and conflict resolution at global partner universities

PolioPlus – A Historic Mission

One of Rotary Foundation’s greatest initiatives is PolioPlus, which has helped reduce global polio cases by 99.9%. In partnership with the WHO, UNICEF, CDC, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Rotary is on the brink of eradicating polio worldwide — a milestone in global health.
